This position is responsible for all functions and successful operation of the Wolves Card Card Office including training and development for all full time and part time staff, budget reconciliations for the department, staff scheduling and organizing staffing for special events, primary department contact for Lenel operating system as support to ID card issues. This position is responsible for Blackboard and Meal Plan administration, setting meal plan parameters, coordinating with ITS for Banner batch jobs, toubleshooting any issues that arise and training full-time and part-time staff usage reporting and menu set up. This position is also responsible for administration of the campus-wide scheduling system (EMS) including serving as the primary point of contact for EMS for non academic departments, staff training across campus to effectively utilize the system, working with vendor and ITS for system upgrades, enhancements and phased rollouts as well as resolving issues associated with EMS usage. Additionally this position coordinates all Auxiliary calendars, serves as the primary point of contact for groups reserving Auxiliary managed space and assists with administrative tasks associated with the Summer Conference Program. Special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university, plus a minimum of 5 years experience working in a professional office environment that includes substantial direct customer interaction. Knowledge of general office practices and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle busy periods under stressful conditions and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business or Higher Ed Administration from an accredited university, extensive (7+ years) experience working in a professional office environment that includes substantial direct customer interaction. Demonstrated experience in software administration and use with a strong preference for experience in an administrative role in EMS, Banner, Blackboard, and Lenel.
Salary $17.14 minimum - $22.38 midpoint (Hourly) Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
Ability to work on a third floor and must be able to lift 25 pounds.
