Position Details
The Geriatrics Department at the University of North Texas Health Science Center is seeking to hire a Clinic Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

* Greeting patients/customers and answering telephone calls.
* Completing arrival and disposition on all patients, ensuring the appropriate documentation is prepared, i.e., medical record, charge ticket, etc.
* Scheduling patients according to prescribed protocol.
* Obtaining and verifying 3rd party coverage, demographics, and/or co-payments and deductibles.

Required Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following required qualifications:

High school diploma or GED and three (3) years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications
The preferred candidate will possess the following additional qualifications:

* Bilingual.
* Three or more years experience in a medical practice.
