Job Duties: The East Carolina Athletics Football Department is hiring for a temporary Quality Control Coordinator. The Quality Control position is a primary aid to the coaching staff. This position reports to the Special Teams Coordinator. The QC will provide various duties in analysis, quality control, administrative, and organizational capacities. Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the below: - Assist staff with daily supervision of players - Assist Special Teams (SPT) Coordinator with all duties for practice and game plan preparation - Complete breakdowns of opponents to be completed a week ahead of time - Coordinate cutups of all SPT film - Assist SPT Coordinator with game plan distribution - Responsible for drawing SPT Scout cards - Responsible for SPT Game plan distribution to full time coaches and admins - Responsible for offseason opponent breakdowns of SPT - Responsible for various elements of SPT quality control - Responsible for editing SPT playbook in DV Sport - Responsible for construction and distribution of SPT spring playbook - Responsible for accumulating grades and play counts - Assist SPT Coordinator with administration of practice scripts - Provide statistical breakdown for SPT Coordinator - Assist with recruiting and closing packets as assigned - Prepare post game clip videos and presentations for recruiting - Liaison between staff and video to ensure video needs are met for student athlete film review - Build quality relationships and work collaboratively and professionally with Pirate Club, athletics, and University staff, students, business vendors and all donors and stakeholders. - Abide by all written policies and procedures of ECU, the Department of Athletics, The Educational Foundation (Pirate Club), the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), and all applicable conferences or associations. - Perform other duties as assigned
