Additional Information: **POSTING IS AVAILABLE TO ALL APPLICANTS, HOWEVER PER AFT CONTRACT ARTICLE XXVI COMPENSATION AND FRINGE BENEFITS C. 2, INTERNAL AFT WILL HAVE PRIORITY FOR NON-TEACHING ASSIGNMENTS** Compensation: 1 credit overage for the Spring 2019 semester Length of Assignment: Spring 2019 There are 8 openings (2 per campus) for this non-teaching overage. Due to limited assignments, volunteers will also be accepted and greatly appreciated.

General Summary: Work with home division and home campus faculty, ATD Facilitators, Workgroup, and the College Council subcommittees to implement improvements to the ATD initiatives at CCAC.

Job Specifications:

Master's degree required. Experience delivering classroom instruction. Experience developing and analyzing classroom assessments. Experience developing curriculum and associated assessment mechanism.

Job Duties: 1. Communicate with program/discipline leads and faculty from home divisions and home campuses to solicit feedback on process and ideas for forward movement in order to develop improved intiatives.
2. Provide input to the ATD committee to bring ideas and develop the improvement plan.

3. Read key literature on relevant topics

4. Attend ATD Professional Development

5. Attend meetings as scheduled.

6. Perform other duties as required or assigned

Clearance: Current criminal record/child abuse clearances will be required if offered the position and in order to be employed at the College. The three clearances are Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Records Check, and Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Criminal Background Check.
