Phonathon Student Ambassador

  • Serve as an ambassador of Furman University by establishing an open and engaging line of communication with our alumni and parents.
  • Contact alumni and parents by phone to share information and solicit support for our University.
  • Build a relationship with alumni and encourage them to stay connected with their alma mater.
  • Make a clear, strong case for financial support during every call in an effort to increase both giving and participation.
  • Respond to donor's concerns by listening and referring them to your evening supervisor or manager as needed.
  • Attend paid mandatory phonathon training session.
  • Update constituent biographical information.
  • Accurately complete paperwork and report at end of evening.
  • Work a minimum of one night per week.
  • Meet individual goals during the semester.
