ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, UNDERGRADUATE CAREER ADVISING, Undergraduate Academic & Career Development Center, Questrom School of Business

Provide career development services to Questrom School of Business students, primarily undergraduates, through individual counseling and workshops and required career classes. Participate in the planning, development and implementation of strategies to promote career programs, services and activities. Manage additional programs attend events that support the overall success of the undergraduate program including Orientation, Open House and Commencement. In addition to primary job responsibilities, this role will also teach required undergraduate courses for first and second year students (specifically ES110 and ES201).

Required Skills

Master's Degree required. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, demonstrated ability to speak and present in a classroom environment and three to five years of experience in career counseling or recruiting. Some weekends and evening work may be required.
