Field Study Coordinator

Under the general supervision of the Field Study Director, the Field Study Program Coordinator is an integral member of the field study team. The team is dedicated to civic and community engagement and student learning. The incumbent is responsible for administration, community outreach and support, student preparation, and marketing for field study.

As part of the Social Ecology Undergraduate Advising staff and the UCI community, the Field Study Coordinator works both independently and in collaboration with faculty, staff, students, departments, employers and agencies to ensure the field study program positively impacts our students and communities and provide comprehensive support to the program, a premier student/community interface on campus.

Independently administers day-to-day, quarterly and year-end processes. Maintains and updates databases; creates and distributes reports to community partners, faculty, and administration. Manages and suggests improvements for the operations. Develops and maintains relationships with community partners and oversees field study interns or student staff while providing comprehensive support to the field study program, a premier student/community interface on campus.

Salary: Range $21.54 - $26.00
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
