Manager, Student Success Programs

Under the general direction of the Associate Dean of Student Success in the Division of Undergraduate Education, this position directs and manages the Summer Session Student Success Programs unit. The unit consists of two credit programs: Freshman Edge and Transfer Edge, and the non-credit Leadership Development Program. Responsibilities include program development, planning, operation/budget management, and analysis of program effectiveness. Establishes program mission and long-term vision and develops strategies for achieving objectives for each of these three programs while overseeing daily operations. Coordinates program outreach and student recruitment.

Salary: Annual $59,623.00
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
Career Position.
Must be able to work some evenings and weekends when required.
