Visiting Assistant Professor of Modern British Literature

Job description

The Department of English at The University of the South will be hiring a visiting assistant professor (sabbatical replacement) for 2019-20 in Modern British literature. Course load will be three courses per semester (likely one upper-level and two sections of a literature-based composition course).

The successful candidate will show evidence of effective classroom teaching and a commitment to scholarly research and publication. PhD or ABD considered.
