b) Improving the understanding of the dynamic relationships between buildings and their occupants, stakeholders, and design participants;
c) Integrated processes for improving delivery of ultra-high-performance buildings;
d) Improving the design, construction, operation and maintenance of grid-connected buildings and communities supported by renewable energy sources and by distributed energy networks;
e) Smart buildings embedded with sensors (Internet of Things and wearable technologies) and supported with artificial intelligence;
f) Building-technology frontiers for construction automation and future construction workforce and job-place safety;
g) Emerging building materials and processes through the adaptation and integration of advanced computational and/or experimental technologies.
Assistantships/Fellowships are available for August 2019. To receive full consideration, applications should be received by January 21st. Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until all positions are filled.
