Senior Director, Undergraduate Programs

Reporting to the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs at The Paul Merage School of Business, the Sr. Director of Undergraduate Programs oversees all aspects of the Undergraduate Programs Office. Senior Director provides leadership on undergraduate academic advising programs and student engagement initiatives and is charged with working to continuously enhance and improve programs and practices that ensure quality academic advising for all undergraduates at the Merage School. The Senior Director is also responsible for positioning the Merage School as a recognized leader in academic advising and student engagement across comparator business schools.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
Career Position.
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends. Occasional travel with faculty and students for international residentials.
