SERVICE AIDE – Admissions & Records (Part-Time & Temporary Base)
The service aide will provide general information and assistance to students, faculty and staff. The candidate will help students with the registration process and perform various records management activities (e.g., filing and data-entry). The duties and responsibilities may change as the need of the College arises.
• To provide customer services to students, faculty and staff. • To answer the telephone and take messages. • To sort and file materials. • To perform work processing functions. • To assist other members of the Admissions and Records office. • To perform other duties as assigned by the Registrar.
