The Department of Accountancy of The George Washington University School of Business invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, to begin as early as Fall, 2017.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Faculty will conduct high quality research and teach undergraduate or graduate students. All areas of research and teaching will be considered.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must have a Ph.D. in accounting or a related field. ABD candidates will be considered for the Assistant Professor rank but must complete all doctoral degree requirements by the date of appointment. Applicants must demonstrate research excellence/strong potential as indicated by refereed publications in top journals or works in progress, and teaching excellence as evidenced by letters of reference and teaching evaluations. Applicants for Associate Professor must have multiple refereed publications in top-tier accounting journals.
