Job Details
The George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates (MFA) is seeking full-time academic Pulmonologists to join the growing Division of Pulmonology of the Department of Medicine. The MFA is an independent, non-profit academic clinical practice group affiliated with The George Washington University and is part of a large academic health center located in the heart of the nation’s capital. This non-tenure track appointment will be made at a rank (Instructor/Assistant/Associate/Full Professor) commensurate with experience.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Minimum Qualifications:Applicants must be Board certified/eligible in Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care Medicine and must be licensed in the District of Columbia at the time of appointment. Applicants must also have a record of providing excellent clinical care, research productivity, and clinical teaching experience as demonstrated by experience, publications, evaluations and/or references.
Advertised Salary: Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Other Benefits:These non-tenure track appointments will be made at a rank commensurate with experience. Full benefits package available including professional malpractice coverage, time off for approved CME, a Professional Expense Account, retirement benefits, etc.
