Payroll & Personnel Analyst

This position is only available to current UCI employees.

Under the general direction of the Associate Vice Chancellor (AVC) of Wellness, Health and Counseling Services (WHCS), serve as Human Resources Manager for the AVC Office, Campus Assault Resources and Education (CARE), Disability Services Center (DSC) and Center for Student Wellness and Health Promotion (CSWHP) to over forty career employees and over two hundred student employees. Responsible for coordination of personnel and payroll administration, reviewing and preparing reclassification forms, preparing Workers Compensation and Injury Incident Reports, providing benefit information and preparing benefit forms, preparing all payroll and personnel employment documents, maintaining personnel and other files. Identify corrective action issues and implement disciplinary actions. Review and coordinate the yearly performance evaluation process. Prepare and implement employee furloughs during the summer. Provide advice and assistance to management in interpreting and applying policies under collective bargaining unit agreements and UC personnel regulations. Oversee the preparation and completion of special projects within WHCS.

Salary: Hourly $23.58 - $27.82
Total Hours: M-F, Variable
Career Position, 50%.
Able to work some evenings and weekends.
Final candidate subject to background check.
