Job Duties:05Performs other related and non-related duties as required.Essential35Recharges air conditioning systems with refrigerants as necessary. Reset air conditioning and refrigeration system and check for proper operation after power failure. Adjusts and calibrates pneumatic and electronics controls.Essential60Responsible for all installation, repair, and preventive maintenance (PM) of all HVAC equipment and systems on campus and outer properties. Ensures EPA and other codes and guidelines are followed and that there are no unauthorized gas releases.Essential

Payscale Salary Range: UNIV-Band 3: $22,182.00 - $31,614.00 - $41,046.00 (min - mid - max)

FLSA: Hourly

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year of trade experience that is directly related to the area of employment. Some positions require a commercial driver's license. Some positions require EPA-approved freon recovery certification.
