CUYAMACA
Well known across the state for its innovative equity-focused work in acceleration, Cuyamaca College is seeking an energetic, equity-minded institutional research and planning professional to join our college and district research, planning, and institutional effectiveness teams. Based primarily in the Cuyamaca College Institutional Effectiveness, Success, and Equity Office, and as part of the District Research, Planning, and Institutional Effectiveness team, this position will provide critical research and evaluation support for the College's strategic plan, student equity efforts, guided pathways transformation, and career education initiatives. The Research and Planning Analyst will work closely with the Senior Dean of Institutional Effectiveness, Success, and Equity and Associate Vice Chancellor of Research, Planning, and Technology to expand college research and information capacity and advance a culture of inquiry across the District.

As a California Community College committed to access and equity, recognized for success in awarding transfer degrees and implementation of low/zero-cost textbook strategies, Grossmont College is seeking an energetic, equity-minded institutional research and planning professional to join our college and district research, planning, and institutional effectiveness teams. Based primarily in the Grossmont College Planning and Institutional Effectiveness Office, and as part of the District Research, Planning, and Institutional Effectiveness team, this position will provide critical research and evaluation support for the College's strategic plan, student equity efforts, guided pathways transformation, and career education initiatives. The Research and Planning Analyst will work closely with the Senior Dean of College Planning and Institutional Effectiveness and Associate Vice Chancellor of Research, Planning, and Technology to expand college research and information capacity and advance a culture of inquiry across the District

SUMMARY:
Under direction from an assigned manager, responsible for performing activities in support of a comprehensive institutional research program which includes designing, conducting, writing and presenting college-wide and districtwide research and evaluation studies; providing information and research for planning and evidence-based decision-making; supporting long-range planning functions, institutional effectiveness processes and assessment of short-term plans through collaboration, research and evaluation; and developing and maintaining databases and queries in support of research functions.
