The positions will involve significant teaching of medical students as well as assisting in the delivery of an innovative, integrated curriculum and practice in a new clinical facility. We have research interests in the areas of health equity, community health, rural health, and innovative health care.

FSU COM has a focused mission of training patient-centered physicians devoted to the needs of rural, under-served, minority, and elderly populations. The School is committed to diversity and inclusion and is very “Family Medicine friendly” with family physicians holding several key administrative positions, including Dean of the College.

These are 12-month faculty positions; rank is dependent upon on qualifications and experience.Qualifications Applicants must have a doctoral degree in an appropriate field and personal/professional goals which are consistent with the mission of the FSU College of Medicine.

Relevant academic/clinical/professional experience and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Providers trained in and passionate about Family Medicine.

Completion of an approved U.S. Residency Program and Board Certification in Family Medicine or in an acceptable discipline are required for physicians.

Candidates will be required to obtain the appropriate Florida licensure within 90 days of hire.
