Job Description Summary

Provides office support to staff including, but not limited to: answering phones, receiving and distributing mail, greeting and directing dept guests;
Data entry and verifying information
Copying, faxing, filing
Running errands/ deliveries to campus offices
Routine assignments and special projects

Ability to deal with confidential and secure information;
Detail oriented;
Ability to follow a set of complex instructions;
Phone support with proper etiquette;
Positive attitude;
Be able to work independently as well as with others;
Must be able to follow directions on multiple tasks;
Must be computer proficient with experience in Microsoft Word & Excel;
Punctual
Valid driver’s license;
Must be able to work during Summer and Breaks.
