Title:Retirement Plan Services Intern/Student Assistant Job Category:Student Description:

MAJOR DUTIES:

As a student assistant your major duties will consist of but are not limited to:

• Assisting the Director and Retirement Plan Manager with day to day retirement plan activities, processes, and procedures as needed.
• Working closely with the Retirement Plan Manager on revision of departmental retirement administration guide.
• Assist Director and Retirement Plan Manager with coordinating internal/ and external meetings, travel, meeting prep for Investment Advisory Committee and the Retirement Advisory Committee meetings
• Research trends in the retirement plan space applicable to public universities
• Assist other staff with preparation of presentations for client meetings as needed
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions

Required Qualifications:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Must be a full or part time student majoring in Economics, Finance, Fintech or other technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Prefer a concentration GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Excellent written, oral, and communication/presentation skills
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 including: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Skype
