Instructor of Portuguese and Spanish, non-tenure track position, and during the sixth year undergoes review for promotion to the rank of Senior Instructor. Teaches undergraduate courses in Portuguese and Spanish, 4/4 load. Minimum of M.A. in Portuguese or Spanish and collegiate teaching experience required.

Begin August 2019, full benefits and competitive salary. Strong command of Portuguese, Spanish and English required; at least two years of full-time teaching experience preferred. Will assist with building an established Portuguese program that also includes a minor in Portuguese and Brazilian Studies. Additional duties may include, but are not restricted to, participating in department and college functions; advising students and clubs; occasional directing of summer and semester study programs in Spain and Latin America.

We seek enthusiastic teachers dedicated to teaching and working with undergraduate students in our large department, which includes Portuguese and Spanish.
