Job Summary:
The basic function of this position is to clean and maintain assigned building interiors of the college. The Custodian is responsible to the Manager of Buildings and Grounds and Lead Custodian.
Respond to maintenance requests issued by the Manager of Building and Grounds and Lead Custodian.
Tour each building checking for cleanliness, restocking restrooms, handling minor emergencies.
Clean interior glass surfaces a minimum of twice a month at all buildings or as required.
Assist in furniture moving or setups.
Other duties as assigned by the Manager of Buildings and Grounds and Lead Custodian.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
One year of successful employment in a custodial position preferred.
Physical ability to lift 80 pounds required.
Ability to communicate effectively.
