Evidence of successful teaching, or a strong potential for successful teaching, is required for all positions. Undergraduate faculty share in the delivery of the general education program, most often by teaching within the university's interdisciplinary core.

SOCIAL WORK - Tenure Track Assistant Professor, MSW Program (Child Welfare)

The School of Social Work is seeking an MSW instructor. Qualified individuals must possess an MSW from a CSWE accredited program. Applicants must have a minimum of five years post MSW social work experience, and knowledge of CSWE Standards. Graduate teaching experience, as well as a PhD or DSW preferred, but not required. All But Dissertation - ABD doctoral students will be considered but must complete the degree by August 2020. Responsibilities include teaching 12-credit hours per semester of graduate courses, attending MSW recruitment activities, and service to Aurora University and the community. In addition to teaching, the assignment will include curricular development, program assessment, student advising, and engagement in institutional service and professional scholarship. Child Welfare Service Employee License required.
