Manager of Employee and Organizational Development Programs Job Number Full/Part Time Schedule Salary 201810224843 Full Time 8AM - 5PM $84,500 - $166,500 Position Information HR's Employee and Organizational Development (EOD) programs provide UC Riverside employees with learning opportunities to enhance skills, improve effectiveness, develop leadership capability, increase employee engagement, and prepare for career mobility. The Manager of EOD Programs works in partnership with stakeholders and the HR leadership team to plan initiatives and curriculum which align with organizational priorities. This position is responsible for design and implementation of employee development programs and workshops, facilitation of leadership development classes and learning experiences, and partnering with selected vendors to roll out programs. The position serves as lead to the EOD team and as an advisor to campus constituents on organizational development, change management and effectiveness strategies.
