Assistant/Associate Professor, Physical Therapy (IHP FACULTY)
GRADUATE PROGRAMS INPHYSICAL THERAPYThe Department of PhysicalTherapy offers a 3-year DPT degree and a 1-year Residency in OrthopaedicPhysical Therapy. The DPT program is highly regarded and is currently launchinga new visionary curriculum. An interdisciplinary PhD program and integratedinterprofessional activities reflect the commitment of the Institute tointerprofessional education. Our highly respected faculty is recognized forexpertise as educators, scholars and master clinicians, and for theirinvolvement in leadership positions in the profession. The Institute is anautonomous graduate educational institution that is an academic affiliate ofthe Massachusetts General Hospital and a member of the Partners HealthCareSystem.
Candidates must have an academic doctorate (PhD, EdD, ScD, DSc) and a clinical physical therapy degree. Strong candidates will have a demonstrated record of excellence in teaching and a clear scholarly agenda. Eligibility for physical therapy licensure in Massachusetts required.
