The Hourly Range: $48.23 to $83.92
Doctorate Range: $57.05 to $86.17
Summer School: $40.38 to $81.03
Summer School Doctorate Range: $48.23 to $86.17



Scope of Assignment:

Under the general supervision of the Division Dean, the incumbent will teach non-credit skills development courses, such as Life Strategies for Success, Applied Skills, Study Skills, and Practical Money Skills for Life, in accordance with course outlines and class schedules. Responsibilities include: evaluating the progress of students; advising students concerning educational matters, and performing other instructional related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any social science, humanities, mathematics, or natural science discipline or in liberal studies, as appropriate for the course.

Example of Duties:

Instruction of non-credit skill development courses; preparation of the course syllabus and other course materials; grading of student work; maintaining an effective classroom environment and workspace.
