Master’s degree with relevance to assessment
Experience with evaluation and assessment
Experience in teaching and learning
Technical skills with software applications
Evidence of effective written and oral communication

Preferred Qualifications

Terminal degree (Ph.D., Ed.D., etc.) with relevance to assessment
Experience as a tenure track faculty line
Experience as an instructor of record in higher education
Education in evaluation and assessment; curriculum development; communication

Job Description

Responsible for developing and coordinating assessment processes to promote institutional improvement and inform planning.

Job Duties

Develop, coordinate and direct assessment activities.
Create and maintain assessment manual, calendar and process.
Update and revise assessment materials and website.
Train and assist faculty and staff in assessment processes and reporting.
Prepare and deliver presentations in assessment.
Draft reports and studies for administration.
Provide documentation and other reports on assessment process and results to external audiences.
Perform other duties and assigned.
