Staffing ReasonWork StudyPrimary Responsibilities

Duties include submitting and tracking facility requests, scheduling and coordinating ensemble moves with the physical plant, custodian staff, and Theatre Program, submitting HVAC requests to the physical plant, scheduling students to help with ensemble and piano moves, and so forth. The facilities manager will need to make sure that rooms are set up for rehearsals, and they will be a liaison between the musicians and the ensemble directors to make sure that all equipment is available and in good repair. This position reports to the Directors of Bands and Choirs.
