Adjunct instructor to teach a variety of ARTS courses.
These courses are taught in the day, evening, and/or online and may include Dual Enrollment, Early College High School, or correctional facilities. Other duties as assigned.
A Masters degree is required with 18 graduate hours in the teaching area.
Ability to plan, schedule, and manage projects and assignments.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, speak, listen, and see. The employee is occasionally required to sit, lift, pull, and carry objects.
Working conditions: Normal Classroom setting
Teaching experience at a 2-year college or university.

Lamar State College - Port Arthur, a member of The Texas State University System, is an open-access, comprehensive public two-year college offering quality and affordable instruction leading to associate degrees and a variety of certificates.
