Description:

The Department of Epidemiology at the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine is seeking applications for tenure-track faculty positions in Clinical Research in Cardiovascular Disease. Candidates with training and research experience in cardiovascular and chronic kidney disease epidemiology focusing on clinical, population, and/or implementation research are encouraged to apply. There are several large on-going clinical, epidemiological studies of cardiovascular diseases at Tulane University Health Sciences Center. We offer a supportive environment for faculty to participate in these funded studies or develop new projects, in cooperation with research centers and other departments at the Health Sciences Campus. Qualifications:

Qualifications include a doctoral degree in epidemiology, post-doctoral experience, demonstrated potential to establish independent research programs, evidence of excellence in teaching, and interest in collaborative research.
