Summary

The LCSW for the Drop-In Clinic and Center provides intensive, individual, group and family counseling services, collaborates with other SW, MD, NP, Psychologist, and clinic and center staff to complete mental health assessments and ongoing therapy and performs other services including advising on social problems, financial assistance programs, and housing assistance. The LCSW provides direction for complex social and emotional problems of adolescent/young adult clinic and center clients, assists managers and staff with program development especially for transgender clients; and may assist the clinic & center managers in policy development, problem solving, recruitment and staff training.

Required Qualifications

Master Degree in Social Work LCSW Two years clinical experience that can include case management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with adolescents strongly preferredExperience working with substance abusers preferredExperience and interest in working with LGBT youth preferred
