Adjunct Faculty - Writing Arts First Year Writing Program

The Department of Writing Arts seeks qualified adjuncts to teach primarily in our first-year writing program with the occasional opportunity to teach other courses based on need.

A master’s degree is required in the field of composition/rhetoric or a related field. Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience teaching college writing, favorable recommendations from references, and favorable previous student evaluations. Language fluency (oral) in Spanish and experience working with developmental writers are particularly desired.
