Job Description:


Wittenberg University is seeking Adjunct Instructors to teach Ohio Reading Endorsement courses in the master's program. An instructor is needed for EDUC 605 Practicum in Reading for the Spring Semester 2019 (beginning January 7, 2019 and ending approximately May 9, 2019). Other required courses taught for the Endorsement include EDUC 525 Reading Development and Strategies across the Content Areas and EDUC 585 Research and Advanced Study of Language Arts and Reading.

Requirements:


Applicants should hold a master's degree or doctorate in reading or literacy (e.g., reading specialist licensure) and have experience as a reading specialist or literacy coach. Practicum instructors must have knowledge of tutoring and instruction for struggling readers and be able to supervise master's candidates in tutoring situations.
