Job Description:


Wittenberg University is accepting applications for a full-time, tenure-track Computer Science faculty position in our vibrant and agile Mathematics and Computer Science Department, to begin August 2019. The successful candidate is expected to join the department faculty in teaching the full range of undergraduate computer science courses supporting our programs in computer science, cybersecurity, data science and information systems. In addition, the candidate will be expected to participate in university and department governance, advise students, and mentor undergraduate research.



Requirements:


A Ph.D. in computer science or related field is preferred, and ABD's will be considered. Some college-level teaching experience is preferred and candidates should have a strong commitment primarily to undergraduate teaching in a liberal arts setting. Candidates with a commitment to developing innovative partnerships within and outside the university community are encouraged to apply.
