Associate Director, Recruitment & Admissions, EMBA Program


The Executive MBA (EMBA) Program is of vital significance to The Paul Merage School of Business. The Associate Director, EMBA Admissions is a highly motivated, high-energy, results-driven professional who provides leadership in recruiting into innovative residential and digital educational programs. The position involves developing and implementing high-level enrollment marketing and selection strategies to recruit and yield high-quality students for our EMBA Program. The Associate Director creates an admissions and recruiting strategy that ensures a minimum of 65 and maximum capacity of 70 high-caliber, quality professionals for the incoming EMBA class. The Associate Director must understand and utilize emerging technology and admissions trends to determine marketing opportunities. Experience making engaging and effective public presentations, and experience in marketing, sales, and/or recruitment in a graduate or professional setting is required. The Associate Director takes a senior and active role on the dynamic Executive MBA programs team and the Admissions Committee; conducts and participates in recruiting events; serves as the EMBA applicant's case manager from inquiry to new student; collaborates with EMBA staff for efficiencies and program representation; participates in local, regional or national professional associations and organizations to support recruiting goals. The Associate Director develops and manages multifaceted relationships with EMBA prospective students, applicants, current students and alumni to deliver a unique personal touch to the recruiting and admissions experience.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
Contract Position.
This is a one-year contract position.
