Benefits and Leave Representative

UCI People Services - Human Resources

Reporting to the Benefits Manager, the incumbent is the first point of contact responsible for client support in the Human Resources People Services Center and provides exceptional customer service in response to inquiries related Benefits, Absence Management, and a broad range of HR related topics, including but not limited to UC policies and procedures, benefits, onboarding and employment/talent acquisition.

One position will be located at the Irvine HR office and the other position will be located at the Orange HR office.

Salary: Hourly $23.58 - $32.06
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
2 Career Positions.
The incumbent will be required to travel between the UCI Campus (Irvine) and the UCI Medical Center (Orange).
Final candidate subject to background check.
