Under the general supervision of the Executive Director of Development, the Assistant Director, Development Operations manages information about The Paul Merage School of Business's donors and prospective donors with the goal of building lasting philanthropic relationships that benefit both the donor and the School/University. The Assistant Director provides information, knowledge, coordination, and tools that support the School in achieving its fundraising goals; helps to identify prospective donors and match their interests to School programs; and ensures that prioritized prospective donors are included in development officers' portfolios. The Assistant Director's research informs prospect strategy, and the incumbent's ongoing work helps development officers move prospective donors through stages of the fundraising cycle. The Assistant Director provides support and strategy for critical stewardship movements within the donor cultivation continuum.

Salary: Hourly $23.58 (Min.)
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
