Executive Assistant to Chief of Pediatric Urology

Coordinates daily and long-range activities of the Chief; triages Chief's correspondence and responds on behalf of the Chief when directed too; maintains Chief's files; provides administrative support to the Chief and additional pediatric urologist including: managing a complex calendar, incoming and outgoing correspondence, travel arrangements, and other general office support; serves as liaison between the Chief and leadership across the School of Medicine, UCIMC, UC system, as well as donors, faculty, staff, students, national and international leaders. Duties are performed with level of independence and high level of decision-making responsibility. Perform additional administrative duties for the pediatric urology office as well as organize events. Incumbent be able to make decisions based on information provided and use discretion when handling sensitive and confidential matters. Must be available to work occasional weekends and after hours.

Salary: Hourly $22.56 - $26.49
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
Career Position.
Occasional evening or weekend events. Occasional early morning events/meetings.
Final candidate subject to background check.
