This position will act as the hearings officer for parking citation appeals. This includes knowing citation criteria, fines, data searches including DMV and banner. Written communication skills, diplomacy and ability to deal with angry and upset people.

Candidate Profile
These qualifications, skills and abilities are critical for success in this position.
Throughout the screening process, you will be evaluated based on the demonstration of these qualifications. - Experience working in a large organization with varying departments and organizational goals.
- Customer service experience, specifically dealing with unhappy people and stressful situations.
- Experience with data entry, emails responses and written guidelines.
- Experience being part of a team, coordinating work, discussing issues and arriving at consensus and sharing workloads.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications To be considered, your application must demonstrate these minimum qualifications. (Experience is calculated based on the start and end dates you provide multiplied by the number of hours per week worked). High school diploma or equivalent.

Three years of office assistant experience (college or business school training may be substituted for up to two years of the experience requirement). Preferred Qualifications Salary:

- 24 hours of additional personal leave days per year - 11 Paid holidays
