TECHNICAL SUPPORT ASSISTANT (PT)

Within the Office of Information Systems, provides assistance to informational technology and audiovisual users seeking technical support. Maintains, installs, and repairs computer and audiovisual equipment. Qualifications include Associate’s Degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and certification; at least one year of related experience; working knowledge of various audiovisual equipment including set-up and operation; and ability to critically assess situations and troubleshoot. Approx. 28 hours per week, Mon-Thurs 3-9pm, Sat 8am-12pm, occasional additional coverage needed. Wage $14.87 per hour and posting is open until position is filled.
