CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTOR

Full-time position Instructor responsible for the Associate of Applied Science (AAS) Construction Management program in Division. Duties include teaching and advising AAS degree and certificate students in Construction Management. Bachelor’s degree required in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or appropriate related technical field. Bachelor’s degree holders: Minimum of 5 years full-time US commercial or industrial and/or residential construction industry experience with increasing levels of responsibility, culminating in a project management position. Bachelor’s degree with PE and Architect Registration highly desirable. Master’s degree holders: Minimum of 3 years full-time US commercial or industrial and/or residential construction industry experience with increasing levels of responsibility. Previous teaching experience preferred. Base salary $51,329-$63,057, negotiable based on education and experience; complete benefit package.
