Job Details

 Wells College seeks applicants for the full-time position of Custodian.   Multiple positions are available.   Duties include but are not limited to: 

  • routine manual work and special projects involving the overall care of on and off campus buildings 
  • insure a clean and safe environment for residents, faculty, staff, and visitors.  
  • Successful Custodian candidate will be:

  • highly motivated 
  • self-starter and willing to work nights and weekends 
  • capable of moving heavy objects and occasionally lift at least 75lb  
  • Valid NYS Driver’s License with no current moving violations.  
  • Some previous experience preferred.

    Wells College is a nationally recognized private coeducational liberal arts college located in Aurora, New York, on the eastern shore of Cayuga Lake. It was established in 1868 by Henry Wells, founder of the Wells Fargo and American Express Companies.
