Under the supervision of the Director, Campus Recreation, provides group fitness instruction to UMHB constituents, monitors and educates on fitness and safety, and maintains safe and enjoyable atmosphere for class participants.\r\n\r\nREQUIREMENTS:\r\n\r\n

    \r\n\tA current and valid fitness certification is required (AFAA Primary Group Fitness Certification or equivalent, and\/or proof of certification in the type of class for which you are being hired, ie Yoga, Zumba).\r\n\tCompetency in group fitness teaching strategies and the incorporation of music, tempo, cueing technique, and rhythm is required.\r\n\tExperience teaching group fitness classes is strongly preferred.\r\n\r\n\r\nTHIS POSTING IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF AN OPEN POSITION.
