Job ID = 6569 Instructor will teach/lead exercise class for adults 50 years of age or older, three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) for one hour per class (9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m.) during December 2018 and January 2019; then Wednesdays only during Second Semester 2019. Instructor is knowledgeable and proficient in teaching/leading both seated and standing exercises including but not limited to: full range of motion, strengthening, stretching and balance work, including use of hand weights. This is a temporary part-time position teaching one-hour classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays during December 2018 and January 2019; then Wednesdays only during Spring Semester 2019.

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidate should have experience/education in exercise. Must have the ability to plan and organize exercise program. Must be able to travel to/from Oxford Senior Center.
