The instructor will teach students to

  • explain the difference between private and public sector ethics;
  • define the professional, organizational, and societal obligations of public administrators and resolve the ethical dilemmas that arise within and between these levels of obligation;
  • articulate the challenges and ambiguities administrators face in acting in the public interest;
  • identify the ethical issues in planning and implementing organizational change.

Requirements:

PhD preferred, master’s degree minimum, in related subject. Experience teaching adult students in an urban, multicultural, setting. Professional experience related to subject matter.
