We hire faculty who are passionate about educating nursing students and have a desire to make an impact on their education and future BSN nurses. Review of applicants is ongoing.

    Campus Location:

    Linfield-Good Samaritan School of Nursing is located at 2255 NW Northrup Street in Portland, Oregon, across from Good Samaritan Medical Center. Our clinical sites are mostly in the metropolitan Portland/Vancouver, Washington area but also include locations in Salem.

    We are seeking qualified applicants for following courses:

      Nursing Foundations (Fall, Spring & Summer): Tuesdays & Thursdays or Wednesdays & FridaysChronic Care (Fall & Spring): Tuesdays & Wednesday or Thursdays& Fridays Mental Health (Fall & Spring): Tuesdays & Wednesdays or Thursdays & Fridays cuteCare Medical-Surgical (Fall & Spring): Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays (one 12-hour day at acute care clinical site) plus on 4-hour on-campus session each week (Tuesday or Wednesday)Perinatal (Fall & Spring): Tuesdays or WednesdaysPediatrics (Fall & Spring): Tuesdays plus one 4-hour on-campus session each week on WednesdayStewardship of Health (Senior Practicum & Leadership; Fall, Spring & Summer): Variable Schedule

    Required Qualifications:

      Current and unencumbered Oregon R.N. license required, Washington license required for some assignments. Two years of current nursing practice experience. BSN requiredMSN in nursing preferred, though not required.
