Qualifications:Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, or another closely related field, with experience in engineering management. Hofstra is seeking to expand its graduate program in engineering management, and thus it is preferable that applicants have experience in the quantitative techniques and qualitative approaches of engineering management. The teaching expectations include graduate level courses in engineering management and undergraduate level courses in the industrial engineering program. Demonstrated skill in designing engineering educational assessment programs is a plus.
