DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Manager of Annual Fundreportsto the Director of Annual Fund/Alumni Relations. In cooperation with the Director, the Manager is responsible for organizing, implementing and managing an aggressive Annual Fund Program targeted at Alumni, Faculty and Staff, Students and Friends of the University. The Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing class reunions, the direct mail program, the Annual Phon-a-thon, email solicitation, the student class programs, and the parents programs. Must be able to travel and meet with prospects. Also, perform other duties assigned by the Director, Associate Vice President, or Vice President for Institutional Advancement.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, philanthropy, or related field, master’s preferred. Candidate must have strong oral and written communications skills; three to five years of proven experience in fundraising or related experience; and possess annual fund management experience with a non-profit institution, experience in donor cultivation, sales, communication, and marketing skills. Applicants with a proven record of solicitation and marketing preferred.
