DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Inventory Control Coordinator (ICC) serves under the leadership of the Director of Auxiliary Services. The ICC is primarily responsible for coordinating the operations of the university’s inventory control processes by overseeing and participating in the labeling, physical tracking, recordkeeping, and reporting of all fixed assets. He/she will receive; track all incoming and outgoing packages and freight on a daily bases; coordinate activities within the inventory control unit; coordinate the annual physical inventory process for all equipment and generate yearly reports of the university’s fixed assets. Perform any other duties within the scope of this position.

QUALIFICATIONS: An associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field. Minimum of one year work experience related to inventory control or recordkeeping of fixed assets. Related experience may be considered. The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively oral and written. The applicant must possess various computer software skills; customer service skills; and be able to work with minimum supervision.
