Description

Student employee positions will be responsible for providing office and/or lab support to various departments across the college.

Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities (include, but not limited to)

Job functions vary based on the department that they are assigned to and the individual department needs. Department based student employment positions perform the following functions (not limited to):
-greeting and assisting students, staff and visitors
-answering phones/taking messages
-oral and written correspondence
-general office processes
-assisting with lab equipment or computers (general maintenance)
-other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

- Must be currently enrolled in the WCTC Administrative Professional AAS degree program
- Must have complete 106-110 Intro to Software Applications with a B or better
- Must be enrolled as a current WCTC student
-Must have a minimum of 6 credits
-Must successfully pass criminal background check (cash handling and childcare positions only)

Supplemental Information

Start date: August 24, 2016

This position is 10-15 hours per week, Monday - Friday and has flexible hours (we will work with the student's class schedule.

We are seeking a student who has completed, at a minimum, 106-110 Intro to Software Applications and is an Administrative Professional student.
